I must say, the staff are very friendly and helpful with warm welcomes and encouragement. The classes I participated in are beginner level, but definitely worth it. I feel more connected with my body. The instructors are quick to assist and offer guidance with learning new techniques and exercises. The club is very clean and the atmosphere is great. Excited for the journey!
