The dental hygienist was great! The 2 minutes the Dentist was in the room could have been better. With my son being autistic he gets told what is going to happen. The Dentist didn't explain anything. Looks good see you in 6 months. The person taking the x-rays got really frustrated really quick. My son was gagging and she still kept trying. Needless to say, no prays were taken.

First apt was canceled for POTENTIAL one to two inches of snow? To cancel before knowing if their is even a storm and send the cancelations out when it's raining and not snowing is not okay.
For children in need of emergency services and treatment that are in extreme pain this is not only unacceptable but highly unethical. Considering the wait for the first apt I can only imaging the delay in seeing them now.
Update: Their was 1 inch of snow and 0 on the roads to fully close the office for this when the roads were clear all night and morning and have a child/children that were scheduled for emergency service now wait is highly highly unethical and unacceptable.
I don't accept this response. Theirs was 0 reason safety or weather related for closing. Their was never weather impacting anything or anyone all roads were clear the previous day and night and morning of closure their was 0 risk of ice due to the temperature, so unless you routinely close for rain or wet roads this is unacceptable.
Update 2: I did reach out and contact the office SEVERAL MONTHS FOR ANOTHER APT? For EMERGENCY SERVICES??????
I'll be contacting the board and reporting this facility. Closing because the 1 dentist at your location didn't want to drive in the rain with no regard to clients or patients schedules is unacceptable and incompetent. Changing apts from emergency to cleanings is unacceptable and incompetent. Moving apts weeks or months out because of your dentists and staffs incompetence is unacceptable.

Our appointment was at 5pm. I am not even sure they spent 15 minutes with my 14 year old daughter. She reported the dentist saw her first looked at her teeth said nothing and then the hygienist came started putting fluoride all over her teeth, mouth and face. She reported her as being rough and aggressive.
All they said to me the parent was, “she is perfect, you are good to go.” Yet nobody addressed our concern for her adult tooth that is growing in crooked and causing her pain.
Very disappointing.

What causes toothaches?
There are many different factors that can cause tooth discoloration. An abnormally colored tooth is anything other than the yellowish-white to the white color of normal teeth. The factors that contribute to tooth color include congenital conditions, genetics, infections, and environmental factors. Abnormal color and shape may be caused by a malfunction in body processes. Some of these factors can influence the way your child’s enamel is formed, while others simply stain the enamel. Teeth may be uniformly discolored or it may appear as spots or lines in enamel. In addition, discolored areas may have a different density and porosity than normal enamel. The color and hardness of enamel can also be affected by drugs or medications taken by either the child during the time of tooth development or by the mother while pregnant.
At what age should my child stop thumb-sucking?
Thumb sucking is a normal habit for many children. Its peak occurrence is at about age two and it can be an important source of pleasure for an infant or toddler. This habit is usually nothing to worry about since your child will usually outgrow the habit. However, if they continue to suck their thumb past age 4, dental problems such as malocclusion may occur.
