The installation team was knowledgeable, professional, and happy to explain everything. The problem we encountered was after the installation of the stairlift, we also wanted to put in a ceiling mounted track system. We were able to get a consult, but when looking for more information about the track system to give to the home modification team, we couldn't get a call back. Over two weeks of reaching out multiple times, talking to multiple team members, and never getting a call back. Eventually had to choose another company and start back at square one for our ceiling lift.
