Greenfield Counseling Services

Greenfield Counseling is a well-established outpatient methadone maintenance program in Meadville, Pennsylvania. We provide methadone maintenance services combined with outpatient counseling to treat men and women struggling with opioid use disorders. Patients receive a full clinical evaluation and custom treatment plan. Individual, family, and group therapy is offered in addition to medication management, anger management, and grief and loss therapy. Therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) complement relapse prevention and life skills training. Medicaid, Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and private insurance benefits are accepted.
