- DDDreNelJan 1, 20265.0Very pleasant experience! The staff were friendly welcoming. The optometrist actually did a full in depth eye exam instead of just doing the basic prescription tests that some other places do. I am happy to find a place I can comfortably come back to for years to come. I will be recommending this place to family and friends!
- CCCassadyDec 21, 20252.0I was transitioning from glasses to contacts and I felt very little help in the entire process. There was multiple interactions where I felt like my words were not being listened to by the eye doctor and that I was being told I was "not understanding how contacts function." I've been back for multiple appointments and was told on several different occasions that there was nothing wrong with my contacts even though I couldn't read my cell phone right in front of me. They did very slight adjustments that felt like they did nothing. When I called for my 3rd or 4th appointment, they told me they would call me back and it has been over 2 weeks with no call. Don't do your contacts here because they were unhelpful with listening to my concerns and helping me understand what the issue was. Otherwise the staff seem pretty nice.

She.has mobility and breathing issues which makes it difficult to leave the house except for MD appointments. We managed to get prescriptions and I went Pearl. Eileen at Pearl informed me it would be necessary for my wife’s reading done in store. When we drove to the store I explained to Eileen that she was in the car but couldn’t make it into the store and if she could do reading at the car. Told me to wait 10-15min for another employee to cover store. What a surprise!!! Eileen did readings and brought a selection of rims to choose from. My wife can see again!! An act of kindness carries a lot weight with me. Thank you so much Eileen. It’s the little things that matter sooooo much.
