- SCSarah ConkleOct 27, 20255.0Great little Gym. Extremely well placed. Semi parking in the back but they've changed it from what the Google maps shows. Lots of good equipment. Decline Crunch bench is located in the squat racks. Lots of hip abductor. Great hacksquat.

- CCChandraSep 17, 20255.0Very clean ! Staff is always cleaning ! . I have been here during peak hours and non peak hours and it’s not too busy ! Staff is very friendly & extremely helpful! So easy to approach with anything . The member interactions I’ve had have all been very positive . No one is slamming weights no one that I have seen is taking videos of themselves on floor … there is plenty of cardio machines, equipment & free weights. I don’t think I’ve had to wait for a bench even once ! VERY VERY happy with this location .. only improvement would be a cybex Arc machine ? Pretty pretty please ??? lol I can’t say enough about the staff and how amazing there are .. I’m truly happy with the Manchester location.
