My 97 year old father has been in and out of Green Meadows twice now. I believe the Nurses and Staff are the strongpoint of this Rehab Center. Knowledgeable, helpful, and kind to both my father and my family. My thanks to all there!

I hadn’t originally planned on coming to Green Meadows, but it turned out to be a fortunate and life-changing choice. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how welcoming and genuinely kind the staff were, creating an immediate sense of comfort. Their friendliness is matched by a high level of professionalism, and it’s clear they truly care about every resident’s progress and well-being. The therapy sessions are consistent and effective, led by skilled professionals who balance encouragement with accountability. There’s also a strong sense of community here, especially in the therapy spaces where both staff and residents stay actively engaged. Overall, Green Meadows delivers a fantastic experience with compassionate care and outstanding support.

Zero stars for this facility. I recently visited this facility and left with significant concerns. The lobby attendant was warm and friendly. However, there was a persistent odor throughout, and multiple residents were in the hallways without any visible staff engagement. While I understand the facility may have undergone renovations, that was not evident during my visit, as several areas appeared in need of basic maintenance and upkeep. Overall, the environment felt more like residents were being housed rather than actively cared for. Additionally, the photos shown online did not accurately reflect the current condition of the facility. If you are considering this location for a loved one, I strongly recommend visiting in person before making any decisions.

My mom is currently there since the start of the year. I'm not just disappointed, I'm angry. I felt lied to from the start about what they say they will do for care compared to what they actually do for care, or don't for that matter. The staff is constantly turning over and they seem to no coordinate with one another when changing over shifts to another caretaker. It smells like urine constantly. They staff has been seen firsthand getting angry and upset AT the patients bc they were being "difficult" which is another word for being SICK which is why they are there at all. They have lost my mother's clothing items that were labeled. They are rude except for a few staffers I've met. They seem more annoyed and ready to leave than they are ready to do their CHOSEN job and help the patients. They don't much at all in terms of doing anything other than the bare minimum. They patients are often seen wandering the halls under little supervision and the activities available to them are hard to access for people with Dementia. My mom had 2 seizures there, which can happen with Dementia patients in later stages. However, the most recent one happened around 8am one morning. She was getting ready for the day, have a seizure, fell and ended up with a fractured shoulder. If the fall due to the seizure didn't hurt her shoulder then she must have fallen another time. She had been complaining about her shoulder that morning too. Even after witnessing her have a seizure and knowing it was her 2nd in as many weeks they decided to let her stay there and wait for me to pick her up for a Dr visit scheduled from her 1st seizure. They reasoned that since she was going to see the neurologist anyway that it wasn't a rush. I picked her up several hours afterwards and they explained what happened with vague recollection. The fact they didn't get an ambulance to take her to the hospital immediately after witnessing her have a seizure blows my mind. It's painful going through these situations with a loved one. But when you finally have to admit them into a facility you do so believing that your loved one will be in better care amongst professionals than being at home with more risks and less people to help. I now wonder if that's even true. They need to do a better job hiring qualified staff who actually got into the business of helping those who need it to help those who need it rather than just anyone who applies. If this is the best of the best then no one should be in a memory care facility. I could go on and on and on but my patience is already worn out just thinking about the place. The reputation of GM when talking to nurses and doctors from other areas have nothing good to say about it and it isn't because they are competitors. It's bc they have nothing good to say about it. I feel I was gives a sales pitch about the place when doing a tour and I'm not sure if all of these places say this or not but it feels like someone tells you they had a family member there and would trust it enough for their loved ones so we should trust it with ours. I would like to see that research. We will be looking into transferring her to another facility like many others have from Green Meadows to anywhere else locally. I also would be surprised if they haven't faced any legal problems due to negligence or any other failures of duty and how often they get audited to keep up with codes and regulations. Our elderly loved ones deserve better.

I come to Green Meadows all the time for work, and Marilyn at the front desk is always so welcoming and kind. It's always such a pleasure to see her! Zion was also very helpful and warm. They both deserve a raise!
