My grandson went in for one crown on one cavity and came out with six. Nobody came out to ask our permission and therefore they just did it on their own. Now he has a mouth full of silver teeth until his new teeth come in and it was completely unnecessary. We didn't give any permission and I'm very disappointed. This is not a place. I would bring my grandson back to it all. No consideration for coming out and asking and informing what was going on. Do not go here

Took my son here for his dental procedure. All the nurses were so nice and took the time to make us all feel comfortable. They printed out coloring pages for my son to color while we waited. The doctor came and spoke to us multiple times and was very thorough and took his time with us and answered every question in great detail. Hoping we don’t need more dental work in the future but if we do we’re definitely coming back here with Dr. Tony!

As a nervous momma, I had my share of nerves about going in today. But every single nurse and doctor/dentist was so great not only with our son but with us. Everything was explained in great detail, and was super smooth and quick. For our little first timer outpatient, it was an amazing experience for all of us. Your kids are in good hands here!

Everyone there is very lovely and treat their patients kindly, they also offer translation services...However the reason I am giving 2 stars is because after they finished the dental services on my daughter, she had some sort of bruise or scratch above her eye. They told me that it was because they use a tape to cover their patients eyes, and when they tried to remove the tape, it "ripped her skin off"? Then, they also said that I could have been the one that brought her like that? I did not bring in my daughter with a mark above her eye, and she did not have that mark before I brought her there. Additionally I do not understand how they "ripped her skin off" but later in the day her eye was swollen. Today I discovered another scratch like mark on her hairline, So I'm very worried as to what could have happened while she was asleep...They also told me they would call the next day to check up on my daughter and they never did.
Summary:
RED FLAG!!!!!! Look somewhere else if you actually care about your childrens teeth and not special needs friendly. Its their way or the highway.
Short Version:
This place operates more like a butchershop than a medical practice. They promote uninformed consent and attempt to pressure parents into authorizing open-ended dental work without even properly evaluating the patient first. It feels less about care and more about maximizing billing — using your child’s teeth to fill their bank account.
They appear to bank on the hope that parents will simply sign on the dotted line without asking questions. When you do ask questions or assert your right to proper consultation and informed consent, the response is dismissive, rude, and openly condescending.
No reputable medical provider should operate this way.
Long Version:
We had the unfortunate experience having an appointment with "Dr. Tony." Prior to scheduling, we called to discuss our concerns, as our child has Autism and is nonverbal. We were assured that this would not be an issue.
During pre-op, we advised that we were consenting to a single cap only. The nurse informed us that they would perform the cap only if we consented to all additional work being done at the same time. I explained that we would not authorize that, as we were previously told there would be a consultation prior to any additional treatment.
The nurse then told us we should speak directly with Dr. Tony. Dr. Tony stated that my son most likely has up to eight cavities — without even examining his teeth. He told us that if we did not authorize him to complete all work before he examined my son’s teeth, it could be considered "Neglegent" if we chose not to permit additional dental work.
I clearly expressed that I disagreed. As parents, we have the right to be fully informed of any dental concerns through a proper consultation and appropriate imaging before providing consent for treatment. Dr. Tony then stated that returning in six to eight months for additional work would be a waste.
At that point, we felt we were being pressured into giving uninformed consent. Concerned and uncomfortable with the situation, I gathered my son and wife and immediately left.
As Dr. Tony exited the curtained makeshift room, he said in a quiet tone, "Good luck finding service." I immediately responded, "Thats wildly unprofessional to say that as a doctor in your profession." He appeared confused by my response and then said, "Well your going to need it."
