Absolutely amazing experience! Dr. Tony, Jessica, and Sara were so supportive and so kind. This center was patient focused and made the whole experience from start to finish so much less stressful. Thank you team!

The scheduling team was lovely and admission was prompt and organized. However. I don't love the approach they take with no communication from induction to recovery. I understand they want to keep anesthesia minutes down but taking the time to communicate with parents goes a long way. Nobody likes surprises with their kids in situations like this. The recovery process was horrible. I work with anesthesia in dogs and cats daily at a large specialty/ER facility. I would not dream of discharging a pet in the state my son was discharged in. I understand they want to get to their next patient but loading my barely awake 3yr old into his carseat screaming bleeding and shivering was an experience I never want to relive. They could easily make some changes to make the recovery smoother. The nurse was kind and was doing the best she could. But significant changes should be made to enhance patient comfort during recovery. I also knocked off a star for the West Grove office repeatedly trying to steal me as a client for routine care when I made it very clear multiple times we were there as a referral and already had an established dentist. Working in a referral center myself thats very unethical.

Owner has only responded to positive reviews from 2 weeks ago rather than recent negative ones within this month. WARNING!!! DO NOT GO HERE WITH ANY CHILDREN UNLESS YOU WANT THEM TO ENDURE INJURIES FROM ADULT DENTIST CHAIR AND UNCONSENTUAL MAJOR DENTAL PROCEDURES. Currently represent prepare filings for clients and practice law at a large corporate firm named Fragomen, in Midtown, NYC. I am the older sister of a 5 year old patient that was submitted here yesterday. The alleged inexperienced and alleged unethical dentists here have extracted a tooth and placed 9 crowns without any formal, verbal, written consent of the parents who were present in the establishment. Thus triggering a lawsuit that will be brought to this establishment’s location in the next 7 business days. Kindly requesting the information of the so called dentists and assistants involved of yesterdays procedure of the 5 year old female patient who has received 9 crowns and 1 extracted tooth when the original agreement disclosed was 2 teeth getting fixed. Also violates safety requirements as the surgery was performed on a 5 year old sitting under anesthesia in a large adult chair that is built with large metal handles closely to the minor’s head. When the minot patient was coming off of the anesthesia, she had lost her balance quickly and wasn’t given a proper child dentist seating which could have resulted to severe injuries but instead resulted to severe stress upon the minor trying to maintain balance when this is unnecessary and could have been avoided.

I went there with my wife to treat our five years old Daughter, they should've fixed 2 tooth, but end it up extracting 1 tooth and install crowns on 9 tooth without warning us, it looks like they are trying to get more money from the insurance company and after signing the consent they response is - while child under anesthesia we need to work fast. But we requested x-ray pictures to get second opinion and if they did something just as a scam, we will deal with them. The Beds where surgery was performed was for adults, and when we get to our daughter after surgery, she was wobbly and falling, and she could've hit metal railings on a side, I don't understand in this surgical medical place they cannot make bed for the children, which will fix their neck, hands and body, so after surgery they cannot fall left and right. We were pressured at the beginning, they said if you are not comfortable, you can take away your child, but after driving one hour to that place, we trusted, and truth will be revealed after examining x-rays with second opinion.
