- MPMarlene PlattFeb 15, 20265.0when it finaly came time to shallow my pride and admit I needed hearing aides I knew I had to seek Patrick Kochanowski from the time I worked at optical office next to him when he was at the Penn Center Monroeville office. I am totally convince I made the right choose finding him . to say the least he is highly educated in his field along with his kindness and patience with me. Christine his office manger is very pleasant and also help made me feel comfortable at my appointments I've never felt like I've been rushed . I highly recommend then with out any hesitation

Patrick conducted my mothers hearing test and was so knowledgeable about her hearing loss and what he thought could realistically be done for her. He was very honest and we learned so much from him. He told us things we have never heard before. He was so kind and patient with my mother. We absolutely love both Patrick and Christine. We are very happy with my mothers hearing aids too. If you are looking to get hearing aids, I highly recommend going here to recieve the best care possible. I would give 10 stars if I could. Thank you Patrick and Christine!
