I’ve visited them for both a routine eye exam with contact lens fitting, as well as a recent emergency visit — each experience was excellent. Dr. Collins and the front office staff were extraordinary—professional, kind, and incredibly helpful. They took the time to thoroughly review my concerns and provided a comprehensive exam that truly made me feel cared for. The office itself is fantastic, and the level of service is outstanding. I’m very happy to be a patient at Kissel Eye Care and highly recommend them.
