After several months of communication with their office, our appointment was canceled, we were informed the doctor was not willing to proceed in their office, and we were advised to seek care with another oral surgery group. While both their staff and our family remained professional throughout the process, it was very disappointing that it took so long to learn they would not treat my child, especially after the doctor had indicated treatment should be provided soon.
