BIGGEST red flag is that they told me a regular dentist (not pediatric) would not be able to provide us with a second opinion because they don't know enough about children's mouthes. This dental office lied to me. I was told over the phone that they could extract my daughters loose tooth at her next appointment since it had been loose for such a long time. We were even 20 minutes early to my daughters appointment to make sure we had adequate time to fill out any paperwork. We waited for 45 minutes to see the dentist (after the apt started) who told me they could NOT remove the loose tooth, so I was lied to. My daughter also somehow has 3 cavities in her baby teeth. My daughter never drinks juice or soda and has limited sweets and flosses and brushes every day. If I want to find something positive, the hygienists are almost always friendly. Most of the dentists are courteous and professional but two of the dentists we've seen are incredibly rude. I was also told that the x-rays don't show cavities because I had complained that the last time we were there they were not able to get their x-ray machine to work. They also told me my daughter didn't need to wear a vest during the x-rays. I am glad some people have had good experiences but I cannot say that for myself. For those parents who care about screen time they play movies the entire time and some of which could be scary for young children.

Great experience for me and my little one! The dentist and hygienist and both fantastic! They are warm and comfortable for us and take their time knowing my 4 year old is terrified. He left saying “I had fun mommy!”

The girls at this establishment are super amazing. The first time taking my youngest to the dentist they were so scared these girls have made their experience so amazing that they ask to go back by themselves, mind you they're six and seven years old. These girls allowed my kids to open up and not hate the dentist

Friendly, wholesome and clean environment, worked wonderfully with my child and were willing to answer and explain clearly all my questions and concerns. Office is clean. I watched them multiple times sanitize stations. Hardly any waiting time, was seen almost immediately after arrival. Have multiple play stations and a movie playing for children. Quick and easy appointment scheduling. Was recommended by a friend. Dentist, X-ray tech, dental assistant, behind desk staff and even the passing crew were all extremely kind. Will be returning. Highly recommended, wonderful first impression. My child had a great experience.

My child plays sports, how can I protect their teeth?
Even children’s sports involve contact, and we recommend mouthguards for children active in sports. If your little one plays baseball, soccer, or other sports, ask your dentist about having a custom-fitted mouthguard made to protect their teeth, lips, cheeks, and gums.
What causes toothaches?
There are many different factors that can cause tooth discoloration. An abnormally colored tooth is anything other than the yellowish-white to the white color of normal teeth. The factors that contribute to tooth color include congenital conditions, genetics, infections, and environmental factors. Abnormal color and shape may be caused by a malfunction in body processes. Some of these factors can influence the way your child’s enamel is formed, while others simply stain the enamel. Teeth may be uniformly discolored or it may appear as spots or lines in enamel. In addition, discolored areas may have a different density and porosity than normal enamel. The color and hardness of enamel can also be affected by drugs or medications taken by either the child during the time of tooth development or by the mother while pregnant.
At what age should my child stop thumb-sucking?
Thumb sucking is a normal habit for many children. Its peak occurrence is at about age two and it can be an important source of pleasure for an infant or toddler. This habit is usually nothing to worry about since your child will usually outgrow the habit. However, if they continue to suck their thumb past age 4, dental problems such as malocclusion may occur.
