- RGRobert GroveAug 18, 20211.0Most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with. 5% chance an aide will show up, 50/50 someone calls to inform you the aide is a no show and if by some rare occurrence that someone does show to care for your elderly loved one, the office calls the aide to tell them to leave to go to another client, to shuffle back and forth. Where are their ethics??? How do you take on more clients than you have employees to care for them???

Also, congratulations on your current Client Satisfaction Score of 99% I used other Agencies and was not happy. I was blessed to have found In Home Services Of Central PA . I love the Caregivers and the Leadership Team. The Caregivers are well trained, and they always seems to feel supported by Management. All the staff I have been exposed to excel in every way possible. My Caregivers love the Company and the passion that exists within the Company. for helping senior citizens. I give the Agency 5PLUS Stars. Any negative reviews would make no sense.
