The staff at Home Instead were kind, caring, and deeply thoughtful as they worked with me to pull together a wonderful team to care for my Dad. He is so happy! And, I am grateful that I can live at a distance with complete confidence that he is safe, cared for, and engaged.

I’ve only had the opportunity to have two Care Professional organizations, and this was initiated 2023. First of all, I’ve noticed Home Instead, its employees, and constituents rely on Home-Instead’s policies and procedures keeping both parties safe, secure, and giving articulate directions or guidance. I’ve had the pleasure to work alongside three of their care pros and have witnessed the same behaviors in all three. Home-Instead staff has been flexible, communicative, and very transparent in my needs. Most of all, I “severely” appreciate how the home-instead treats their employees. I can infer it is a sincere, kind, and a loving relationship with “me” in mind. Secondly, my care pro, Miss Patricia has given me the desire, support, and tools to once again do things I enjoyed, such as: cooking, cleaning, regularly hygiene, and going out into the public areas. Safety has been paramount for my care with regard to health, spirituality, and /or being mentally hurt. The atmosphere in our home has and is exceptional because of Miss Patricia’s professionalism, kindness, and compassion. Is this a fluke? My second and third care provider Mrs. Linda and Miss Bonnie have been on time or earlier, shown the same patience, compassion, and honesty as Miss Patricia. Thirdly, I enjoy and am at rest they all have been “by the book”, and flexible to solving challenges (which I have many). I am rest assured on a daily basis with their honesty, transparency, compassion to my personal care needs. The flexibility, optimism, and encouragement I receive is a bonus! My care Pro couples my wants and needs and supports me seamlessly with my care plan. The atmosphere my care professionals bring to my home is nothing less than “JOY”. Finally, my care pros “Miss Patricia, Mrs. Linda, and Mrs. Bonnie consistently offer solutions to my personal challenges. I’m consistently greeted with smiles, care pro’s who live by the policies and procedures, and flexibility to my ever changing needs.
