  Very minor delay after pre-registration. The phlebotomist was professional, friendly, and efficient.

  It is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE that this lab doesn't have a reception person that can answer questions and control the flow of clients. Having a kiosk, that has no rhyme or reason to the flow of clients, is a pretty crappy way to conduct business when much of the clientele is older folks, or people caring for older folks. It is DISGUSTING that sick people, and people who need services during their work hours, have to put up with this sham of a lab. That said, the lab techs are very nice and competent, and obviously doing their best for a company that clearly doesn't give a crap about its employees or clients.

  Went in first with no appointment for a pre employment drug screen. Waited 45 min and then overheard 2 guys talking about waiting over 3 hrs. So, I left and made an appointment for the following Monday. I messed up the time and arrived 70 min early but decided to wait and maybe I'd be called early. Well...it took 65 minutes for them to see 4 people and then I was alone in the waiting room with 5 min before my appointment. So, I sat there until 3 minutes past my scheduled time. The person was nice, slow, but nice. The bathroom I was sent into was gross. Faucets tapes off it was not nice. Would definitely not go back to this location. No staff, no receptionist.....just terrible. I had to go here because that is where my new employer sent me it I would have gone to Lab Corp. MUCH better & faster service!

  The visit takes only minutes, no waiting with an appointment. The staff is very friendly and efficient.
