  I was very sick with cold, congestion and I am a diabetic. The doctor was polite courtesy, thorough. He checked my records for medication I was already taken and asked me why I was taking those prior medication so he could give me the appropriate medication without any interaction. I really appreciate that. He didn’t make me fill like a cattle . Your 15 minute is up next. He was quite personable and also had a sense of humor to him which made the visit feel more welcoming. If I am not mistaken his name was Dr. Lucius. Date 4. 11-26 if that helps with the doctor’s name. if you are looking for a good urgent care, this is the place I recommend. Have a great day.   By far the worst experience I’ve ever had here. The two Medical receptionist had me and my child waiting for over 45 minutes. Watching five patients who came in after Be seen. And after asking, what is taking so long why aren’t we being seen if we had an appointment? They then said they’re on hold waiting for insurance to confirm our insurance. Even though we were here previously two weeks ago, I then stated do you need my help Calling Insurance to confirm? And they said no, we’re waiting on hold. So I called and I got through in less than a minute And they still attempted to take another person back Even after confirming my insurance. So now overall, I wasted an hour waiting past my appointment. And watched many patients get taken back With them, not knowing that I’m a certified medical assistant And I know the protocols you have to take to confirm someone’s insurance there is also a website You’re giving from your Center To give you access to confirm every patients Insurance. And you do not stay on hold for 40 minutes While there is an appointment It is more than common sense to hang up and try again.. I’m very unhappy With this service And do not recommend at all… i’ve also left a voicemail for corporate And will be waiting on a phone call back because no one was available to speak.

  The staff at the front desk were very kind and welcoming. The doctor who treated my son’s hand took the time to give him the attention he deserved and did a great job with his stitches. He made my son feel comfortable right away and even used humor to help ease his nerves. We really appreciated the care and patience he showed. Overall, it was a very positive experience during what could have been a stressful situation.

  Amazing staff. They were helpful up front, it didn’t take long at all to be seen, x rays were extremely quick and the doctor was very friendly and helpful with referral. Would definitely come back if I have to!

  I was here from out of town and everyone took great care of me. The front desk was very patient and informative, the medical assistant and doctor I saw were very kind to me. (Thank you Luis!) As a health care practitioner myself, I know how important it is to be human in this field. Thank you all for your help, it means so much.
