It was nice to see this office staffed again 5 days a week, very nice people. I have been passed around to several different fill in technicians on my journey with Miracle ear. I was very disappointed to this point with that and wished I would have bought my devices elsewhere. the hearing aid are actually working out well and I rely on them every day all day. ear molds ( that cost too much ) and the blue tooth to my cell phone and TV have changed my life.
