We could have not asked for a better daily caregiver than Teresa M!! She was amazing, understanding and caring. She prepped meals, did daily living needs and provided companionship. She communicated with us and always knew if our family member was not feeling well or something was wrong and would call or text us. The once or twice a month caregiver, Jeanine also provided good care. We would highly recommend Home Instead!

She has been caring for my husband since August of 2023, first in our cottage and now while he resides in the Swaim Health Center at Green Ridge Village. From the first she has demonstrated an uncommon level of skill, energy, insight and compassion in the way she cares for him. My husband and I regard her as a family member. Mel has earned the respect and gratitude of all the other staff and residents with whom she interacts while caring for my husband, becasue she is always seeking ways to assist those who find themselves in her orbit. Many close to me have advised me to "take time for youself", but this is very difficult for me to do if I feel that my husband is in need of my attention. Because I see that Mel is as good a care-giver and health care advocate to my husband as I am, I am finally allowing myself to take time to attend to my own health needs. This is a gift of immeasurable value. I am so grateful to have Mel in our lives. I hope that HomeInstead is giving her the recognition (both verbal and material) she deserves for being such an outstanding employee.

Also the home care consultant is nothing more than a used car salesman, pushing services but not being honest in what services they actually provide till after client has signed. You are better off going to Care.com. Find a nice private duty setup.
