Very happy with ease of scheduling, cooperation of office staff when I had an insurance issue, wait time for my appointments, and care provided by Dr. Sandra Knudsen. I would definitely recommend.

I have a visit a few times a year and by no means habitually cancel or reschedule appointments. I think it’s absurd that a 40$ charge was applied to my account for having to cancel my appointment last minute due to my toddler being sick. That’s more than my actual co pay! For a “family” practice it seems as though all they care about is making money. I’ll be searching for a new primary care provider. Put a bad taste in my mouth.

Dr. Norden is communicative and expresses concern and is nice. She will try to help you as best she can and try to get you in when she can. Dr. Kennedy is delightful. They will try to get you in for a sick visit as soon as they can; they try to accommodate you as best they can. And I genuinely feel that they care. Primary care is a tough discipline; they handle it with grace.
