- CMChristine Morris3 days ago1.0One star is for the front desk, reception. Doc was great. I found them to be not very welcoming. As a matter of fact, it was very upsetting. I kept being told my Humana was cancelled and it is not. they Never tried to get to the bottom of it. I had to call Humana and they finally called the office. I tried to make small talk to no avail.. I hope they are nicer when I return and accept my insurance I pay for every month.

This used to be a cost of doing business but is now being used to enhance profits. It's a deceptive practice.
