  Everything went well. Checking in was smooth, effortless. PA (Sorry I donberll dont rememher her names ) was very pleasant and helpful. I have prescriptions so I'm confident all will be well.

  I was obviously sick, I looked to see who had the best reviews so I came here. Got in quickly and it all went downhill from there. After having a Covid and flu test (negative), the PA came in. She says my glands are swollen, fluid in my ears, throats red she feels my sinuses and yes they hurt and asks me what’s going on. I told her bad headache, won’t go away, I feel like crap, my ears hurt, my throat hurts my face hurts, I’m extremely congested. Normally when I get like this it’s a sinus infection. She says “its probably viral, I can do another test and after 24 hours if it’s bacterial she’ll give me an antibiotic” so I have to suffer until tomorrow and miss more work? She gave me steroids and sent me on my way. I’m a 70 year old woman I know when I’m sick!! The biggest waste of my time and money. I was crying on my way out the door I was so angry and upset. No help at all, I felt pushed aside like a child. I feel like absolute crap, my head is banging, drainage like mad, my neck hurts, my ears hurt, my throat, face and head are killing me, but she says…”feel better” As she leaves the room. WHAT???? I now have a tele-med call with MY Dr. this afternoon, I should have done that on the first place! Do waste your time or money unless you go in there half dead because it won’t get you anywhere!!!!

  The facility was well-maintained with a very friendly staff. I received wonderful, professional service provided by S. Turkoglu. Highly recommend!

  It’s a shame leaving 1 star because other than this 1 lady everyone else is pretty nice. But I unfortunately will not be going back here. I came in to get my TB results read. When I told the receptionist at the front desk (she was very nice) that I needed it read she didn’t ask for any of my information. So when the Dr came she was talking to the receptionist wondering where my information was. I was sitting down at this point so I couldn’t really hear her, but I took a guess and figured she wanted my form that I received from my workplace so she could write down my results. When she saw the paper was blank she acted like the world was going to stop and talked to me like I was a piece of trash. It was just for her to check off if it was negative or positive. As a patient I shouldn’t have to be the one to provide you with info that I wasn’t asked about. So instead of calmly asking if I could provide my name she had to be incredibly rude about it. If you’re going to talk to patients that way completely off the rip, maybe you should find a new career if this one is too much for you. I almost warned the people I held the door for on my way out as they were coming in. Who wants to be spoken to like that by someone who’s coming in to get test results from? She didn’t even tell me verbally what my results were. She looked at my arm from the front desk, scanned papers and I got a “here” when she was done. She didn’t tell me a single thing. She was so unbelievably rude she completely ruined my Sunday.

  The staff here were absolutely amazing and went over and beyond! I unfortunately didn't catch the name of the two girls at the desk but they were kind,professional and helpful. The office manager was wonderful, as well as the physician assistant, Seda, and medical assistant, Terri. Terri was able to draw my blood on the first attempt. She was amazing!
