Do not go here. I am not even a patient of this site and they erroneously charged my FSA card and it has taken weeks to resolve with very slow responsiveness, accountability, and resolution.
Not sure how they illegally got my CC info from another facility (I never gave anywhere permission to store it) but I wouldn’t trust them to store personal info if they don’t have adequate controls on financial info.

I have nothing but good things to say about RMA as a whole (langhorne was my primary location but i went to KOP/Wayne quite a few times). The nurses, NPs, PAs, doctors, anesthesiologists, financial consultants, front desk team, EVERYONE were so helpful. i went into this experience expecting nothing to be honest as i have heard not great stories from other providers in the tri-state area from my friends - and while my expectations were potentially easily exceeded - they were exceeded by a LOT. i really have nothing but amazing things to say. this healthcare system is so messed up - RMA made it a little less so and really made you feel like your experience and well-being mattered (note: this was for egg freezing - but i have heard great things for other procedures / needs as well!).
Im only partway through this process but im having a great experience. I feel completely supported. My previous experience at shady grove was AWFUL. My privacy was violated and I was called and monster. My experience at RMA has been drastically different. I'm glad I came here.
I'm giving this ratings due to the awful billing system that this company has. I met with one of the doctor in December and january at the Langhorne location. The doctor was good and offered helpful information.... In April I received a bill for my 2 visits stating insurance was terminated. I tried contacting the billing department which was the most impossible task ever. I went into the location 2 times.. and could not get this resolved as the person that handles the billing was forever on lunch. I was told someone will call me and they they sent an email. The issue was that they were billing the wrong insurance company. There was no communication between RMA that they will take care of it or that they were working on it. Noone never called me. Instead I received a collections notice from a 3rd party! I paied the bill!!!!! And submitted a claim to the CORRECT! Insurance myself. And guess what I'm still receiving Bill's 7 months later. I called and managed to get someone who pulled up the account and said I had 2 accounts and that the payment went to the wrong one. How is that possible? Your billing system is horrible and I will never return to this practice or reccomend anyone there. All that needed to be done is someone talking the time to do their job....instead of treating the client as a number. You can do better!!!
Update 7/22/2022... got yet another bill labeled final notice....bill has been paid months now. Time to call in legal help before these people damage my credit with their incompetence.
