Their caregivers are not only skilled but also honest, trustworthy, and genuinely caring. Highly recommend!

  Great place with a professional, welcoming environment. The team is knowledgeable, organized, and focused on quality. Everything runs smoothly, and it’s clear a lot of care goes into how things are done. Overall, a really positive experience.

  I have been with Homewatch Caregivers of Lower Bucks County for 5 years and am very appreciative of the company and its owner in many ways. Bindu has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to both staff and clients. She is approachable, respectful, empathetic and handles workplace matters professionally and fairly. Her communication is clear, and concerns are addressed directly rather than ignored. Client health and safety are always prioritized, and I’ve personally seen thoughtful, compassionate care during difficult or unexpected situations. I’ve always felt supported and comfortable, in my role. The focus here is on ethical practices, quality care, teamwork, and maintaining a positive, respectful work environment for everyone involved.

  would literally give this place a 0 if i could. bindu does not know how to treat her staff at all. she will manipulate you, and then make you feel so uncomfortable and unhappy until you quit. she won't fire you because she does not want a bad reputation. and for the caregivers, she will tell the office staff to not answer any calls from a caregiver that she wants gone until they stop calling. she made fun of people's weight, at home problems and personal issues. all she cares about is money. if your loved one goes to the hospital, she will get upset not because she hopes the client gets better, she will get upset because she is losing out on money. she has been through endless office staff because she cannot treat them right. she truly does not care about anyone, just money.
