Used to have a wonderful gentlemen that went above and beyond with lens/frame needs. The new person has the warmth of Russia in the wintertime. I don't think I'll be going back.

Had issues Thursday where they tried to cancel my two back to back appointments because they couldn’t find me in or our insurance in the system. I was there in January this year. Spent an hour getting together everything they needed to keep the appointment. Go to the appointment today at 2pm as scheduled and they are running an hour behind but don’t bother to call the patient to ask if they can come in later so we left. The Dr is good, but customer service is zero. Good luck if you go here, I hope you have a better experience than I’ve had as this isn’t the first time I’ve been expected to wait an hour. Never going back as they don’t value your time. And my glasses in January came in late and I had to call them to find out when they finally came in!

I didn't do my research earlier and ended up paying $189 for my son's champion glasses which are mostly under $80-$90 at most other places. Please check the prices at other stores before you purchase from Pearle Vision.
