  The entire process was so easy, from booking an appointment through checking in. I am not great with needles and the phlebotomist made me so comfortable with humor. He was so efficient and good with his job that I barely noticed the draw. No lightheadiness etc, that I usually have. Top notch!

  First and foremost, I have used other labs Concentra quest LabCorp & LGH, I am just warning people, I have had orders faxed from PCP doctors and specialty doctors, and when I show up for my appointment they cannot find faxed orders this is happened all outside labs beside LGH outpatient blood draw centers and many times I've had contaminated results, not to mention results that were not accurate, as well as I've had somebody else's show up on my page when I check my results. So beware in any instance how you use this lab even if it's just to check for urine for drugs for your employment check make sure you got a second opinion if you're a definite you do not use drugs cuz that happened to me as well..... A lot of them are overworked and understaffed and I completely understand that but your incompetence does not hold up for the fact that I need medications via IV infusions monthly , ALL based on your blood test results. Due TO JUST THIS PAST WEEKS ISSUE, where they only had TAKEN ONE TUBE VERSUS the paper order I brought in THAT THEY SCANNED in systems and HAD ORDERS FOR 2 complete FULL PANELS, set me back a week and rescheduleling and precious time , delaying my infusion to go get more blood drawn to complete your jobfrom last week. Tisk tisk Quest (lanc pa)and LabCorp arch st. (Lancaster PA). Health is nothing to play around with let's do this as if we were doing, your health, or your families health. *Bad results * Wrong results ( abnormal levels) * No results due to (contamination in handling) Lost in transit ...ECT * Lost orders / unfound orders sent via fax from Drs offices (more than once) And someone else's results on my results app ( called Lab corp) corporate off on this on this one ). Sad sad Bad people give good phlebotomists bad names

  The staffs here are so nice and patience. Both times I’ve been here Talia and another girl did my blood labs and they were so kind, happy and positive. They’re so much better than the staffs at the quest in camp hill. Highly recommend this place.

  My go to spot. Schedule an appointment, late lunch time usually works for me. Don’t expect the warm and cozy feeling from staff, always kind but mostly just trying to get you in and out. Easy scheduling/rescheduling online for specific tests needed.
