  I am writing to express my serious concerns regarding the service I received during my recent visits to Pearle Vision. During my initial appointment, I selected Ray-Ban lenses and explicitly requested that my original polarized lenses be returned to me. I was informed that “the lab does not return them.” I clarified that the lenses are my property and were paid for in full, only to be told, rather dismissively, that “sometimes they do, sometimes they don’t.” I reiterated that the lenses belong to me and must be returned; otherwise, I would consider the failure to do so to be equivalent to withholding my property. When I returned to pick up my prescription glasses, the prescription was completely incorrect. My vision was severely blurred, yet I was told that this was “normal” and that I simply needed to wear them for two weeks so my eyes could adjust. I expressed that this was not only unreasonable but also unsafe, and that the prescription clearly required correction. At that same visit, I again requested my original Ray-Ban polarized lenses. After repeatedly hearing the same response—that the lab does not return them—staff eventually went to the back and returned with a pair of polarized lenses that appeared used and were not Ray-Ban brand. This was unacceptable, as these were not the lenses I had submitted. At my follow-up appointment, the prescription was significantly revised, and I requested a new frame along with clear instructions to return my original polarized Ray-Ban lenses with the completed order. I sincerely hope that upon picking up my glasses, both the prescription and the handling of my property will finally be resolved appropriately.

  The nose piece had come off of my glasses and the post was painful. We stopped as we were walking at Park City and the man was so kind, put on two matching ones and cleaned my glasses. Bless you! And have a good week!

  I got new glasses from Pearle Vision Lancaster a little over a month ago. Jaimie and Bryan were fantastic in helping me. Jaimie was patient and extremely knowledgeable when I took a long time to pick out the frames. Both of them answered all my questions about the glasses and insurance. My husband got glasses there too and he was happy with them. We will continue to use them for our supplies and will go back when we need glasses again.
