My elderly mom needed her glasses fixed and didn’t know where to go. We walked into the store not knowing if lens crafters could even help- but they sure did! Kyjamar was amazing- he was helpful, courteous and went above and beyond to assist my mom. He had amazing customer service!

Somewhat frustrated. I've been a lenscrafters customer for so many years. It must be Atleast 20 if not more. Normally on point with everything. But the last time my husband and son went they really goofed up insurance details and made it quite difficult. This time I went and insurance was again misread by the employee. I second guessed myself and believed the store associate. I settled for a much cheaper frame for my glasses when my insurance would have covered much more...All of those years I think I might shop around. I did call and complain just to be told that if I'm unsatisfied I have 30 days to return them. I'm sorry...that is nice and all but how about accountability? I think people don't know the meaning of that word anymore

Just wanted to drop a five star because I had some issues with the doctors office located in the back of LensCrafters – – which is separate from LensCrafters— And Matt, the store manager came to talk to me about the issues I had and I also helped me understand my contact prescription and brand. He also explained how I would go about refilling them… This is way more than what the receptionist in the back office did for me and I really appreciate that Matt took the time to do that. While I understand, the doctors office located in the back of LensCrafters and LensCrafters are two separate businesses, they just have a partnership together, I wanted to come in and just recognize Matt for at least maintaining a partnership with one customer.

Amazing service and experience, hands down. My appointment with Dr. Selvey was quick and easy while my service from Amanda was simply fantastic. Amanda allowed me space while I shopped for lenses and once we sat down to finish out my purchase she was simply a delight. Her bubbly personality made my first time there so much more relaxed and she even went out of her way to take care of my old glasses while helping with my new ones. She also was quite patient and thorough with all the questions I had. I’d recommend here to anyone looking for a practice that cares for their patients and customers and goes the extra mile for them!

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
