It would have been worth a mention. A simple positive greeting. Works every time. Thank you. After walking to the desk, employee seated there, older woman, was RUDE. No hello, good morning, how can we assist, nothing. Basic customer service. Snap, snap, snap. New insurance, well, forgive me. $137, now, out of pocket. Did I have that...yes. But, it won't be dropped here. Seriously? Get this lady a short course in common courtesy. It will/may help her grow,(?) immensely. And make sure you (LensCrafters) keep the customer base solid. The Doctors are (and have always been) amazing, the selection of eyewear is phenomenal. I'm good, won't be back, but, will recommend LensCrafters if asked.
