My son felt comfortable going in wasn't to scared, just a little nervous but every one was very friendly n careful no to scare him. They worked fast, was there maybe an hour or so. He was scared when he got up, fussy but he's never felt that feeling so he didn't know how to process n deal with what he was feeling. But the over all visit was great thanks to the staff that kept him calm n comfortable before the procedure.

First text my son's appointment was at 11:45 then the next day I got a text that they changed it to 12:15 mind you he is a 9-year-old child who is now can't have nothing to eat or drink after midnight we get there 20 minutes early and they don't take him until 1:15 to pre-op so an hour after his appointment and then we sit and pre-op for another 40 minutes still nothing to eat or drink he's complaining that he's nauseous and then when he comes out of surgery he's not even fully awake out of anesthesia and they're telling us to take him out in a wheelchair his head's bobbing around he can't even hold it up because he's so out of it I had to let him lay down in the back of my car to drive home because he couldn't even sit up now the positive the dentist actual dentist who did his surgery she was a wonderful lady she was kind caring very friendly and that's about it oh and is teeth look good he didn't complain of any pain the day of or the day after so they did a good job with that but that was probably the dentist which I really liked but the time situation is BS and they need to figure something out with that

The people were really nice. My son’s appt was at 10am, and he couldn’t eat or drink anything since before midnight the night before. It wouldn’t have been bad if they didn’t make us sit and wait for 2 hours before they even started! I hope I never have to go back there again.

I WAS SO SCARED & WORRIED…we went in, got checked in, almost got sent home due to a fever until we told them the fever is due to the infected tooth. the anesthesiologist came and spoke with us, made sure my son was breathing okay and was able to go through with the operation. they got us back fairly quickly. they gave a gown and socks. my son was scared but keeping it more together than mom was (i was terrified) . they gave my son anxiety medicine and almost instantly he was relaxed, and it helped me knowing he was no longer scared! EVERYONE was very very nice, they were so friendly and caring with my son. open to any and all questions, absolutely no judgment due to what my son had to get done. we got there at 8am, and arrived home at about noon, and we live an hour away. the process was very quick. they wheeled my son out so he didn’t have to walk. he came out of the anesthesia sleep well, and he’s been resting at home, taking medicine for any pain he might have. (he has not complained of any pain other than a sore throat due to the breathing tube) also! my son does NOT like blood, with all this, he has seen it and hasn’t made an issue at all. i’m thinking due to the medication they came him to call his nerves. his nose did bleed but just a drop here and there. this review is sooo long but if you’re a parent that was so so worried it’s worth the read to calm you and let you know all will be okay and they are amazing and will take great care of your child!! we had a female dentist/doctor, i wish i could remember her name, but she was fantastic. 10/10 would absolutely recommend if your child needs anything done! my son had a few teeth extracted, a few crowns & a few spacers for reference. Thank you all for taking care of my baby!!
