- JCjesus colonMar 16, 20261.0Paid on the phone to hold appt ..went to appointment .. they didn't want to take health insurance virtual card..force to cancel because they . need to be printed out. .no virtual or email....it wasnt a problem taking the money over the phone ..at least u could do give me my money back ..u never explained about the card needed to be printed ..I was able to email it but noo u want printed..Who carry a printer...appointment was at 8pm. Where I was able to print at that time...

Office is kind and I never am pushed into something I don’t agree they set up other services to save me time I will change my insurance plan before I change this practice don’t give up on your private practice the world needs more of your kindness and family feeling !
