  Our experience was great. They explained everything clearly before and after my son had his work done and were just all around great with us and our son.

  Took great care of my daughter Brooklyn. Very nice nurses and dentist. I would highly recommend them

  My son was seen there today and they did a great job with him, was very detailed on what they would be doing, respectful, took him right back when we got there. They also explained everything to him as well. The staff was friendly and very nice. I highly recommend.

  I’m only giving this place 3 stars because there was some issues, First of all I had to take a Lyft there, appointment arrival time at 11:30 . At 11:03 my daughter and I were 3 mins away from the dentistry, My phone started ringing, they said they were calling to make sure I was coming, I found this odd I got there got my daughter checked in. Check in was fast it was nice. Then my daughter and I sat there with my 5 year old till 12:45 then my daughter started crying for food. Well the receptionist entered up putting a note in about 10 mins later she received a response that it would be about 15 more mins before they came to get us. They finally took us to the back. They bring us into a room with no bed. I got my daughter dressed and she said mommy I did 2 things can I eat now please! I’m sorry I’m just so “can I please eat “‘It sucked she started crying again really bad, a nurse came to find out what’s wrong I said “she’s hungry” The nurse apologizes and explains everything single patient took forever had more work than anticipated, I felt like they were trying to call me to see if I could reschedule, then they finally brought a bed in after 1pm. They gave my daughter “Princess juice” medicine to relax her, I thought that was a great idea, then when I got my daughter back they had pulled her front tooth, due to the earlier in the year trauma to her mouth when she had a fall. I wasn’t aware they were going to pull it. I was we very saddened by this, my Husband explained to me they had to most likely pull it to make Sure nothing got infected. I wish the dr would Have explained this, it made sense. I am Grateful for the kind staff it just sucked on how long everything took, I wish there would have been better communication when we first arrived instead of just staying quiet.

  Huge thank you to the team on Noll Drive! From the front desk to the recovery room RNs, everyone was kind and attentive. They treated my daughter like he was their own. Dr. And nurse took the time to explain exactly what happened during the surgery and what to expect over the next 24 hours. If your child needs dental surgery, this is the place to go for peace of mind.
