  My dad was overwhelmed in the process of buying hearing aids. I googled Advanced Tech and learned about their company, knowing its family owned really stood out to me. So i sent them an email and within 1 business day (it was the weekend), i received a personal text from one of the owners, Jennifer. She was checking in, answering a lot of my questions and was very patient. She went above and beyond even though she knew my dad may choose Costco. After a few days, my dad decided to take an appointment and he was so pleased! He is in his 80’s and he said she was very nice, patient and extremely thorough. He can finally hear better than he has ever heard! We highly recommend Advanced Tech and its great to help a local business who cares. Thank you Jennifer for helping my dad hear again!!   They were great! The hearing test appointment and the follow-up where I got my new hearing aids were custom designed to be as easy for me as possible.

  I have had a wonderful experience with Advanced Tech Hearing Aid Center in Lancaster. This office was recommended to me by a 90+ year old intelligent woman, who was quite particular with her health and much more. As a retired nurse, I can say Jennifer is knowledgeable, pleasant, and patient. She is a good teacher as I was adjusting to this new technology. I highly recommend her. Office personnel were also friendly and efficient.

  Very helpful with my Grandma. She is able to be apart of the family dinners now instead of feeling lost when we are all talking
