You can never phone the store—you will always deal with a remote service rep on the phone. Rep said she would look into it. Received email on Mar 16 thanking me for my “new” order. Called back. New rep said the original order went to lab but “no work was done.” No explanation, no apology. Incredible. I needed the glasses for a trip and I won’t have them. WP says they are issuing a full refund; we will see. Clowns and fools. Do not patronize WP. They are useless
