I also thought they may have had a grace period. Considering he has been a customer for some time. I was stunned. Needless to say we will try some place other than Warby. There is nothing to discuss further. It happened. I feel it was unacceptable. How an appointment that you traveled to could be acknowledged as, " we have 2 ahead of you, can we reschedule " So they were not going to see us anyway at our scheduled appointment time. This whole situation was totally unacceptable.
