  I would give this place ZERO stars if I could. I had a horrible interaction with office staff member. She was rude and over talked me to a point where I couldn't even speak. Awful experience

  Switched to the KOP location when my original provider at the North Wales locations changed practices, and have had nothing but problems with the KOP office since switching - even before their system change early this year. Medications were submitted incorrectly multiple times and I have to call the doctor to correct every month. Secretary is hard to speak with live on the phone, and leaving a voicemail (or multiple ones) gets a callback about half of the time. The practitioner I saw was lovely and very nice every time, but the constant administrative issues caused me to switch to another practice so my medications can be submitted correctly and on time.

  If I could give zero stars I would. Dr. Elizabeth Dowling should have her professional license revoked. She gave me a new diagnosis within the first 15 minutes of meeting me and it wasn’t even accurate. When you challenge them they will discharge you without providing the required referrals.

  I just called this office to set up an appointment. I had to wait over 20 minutes to speak with someone, and when I did, the person was rude! I told her I wanted to set up an appointment and she just transferred me without any explanation as to where or who I’d be speaking to. And then I went straight to voicemail. When I called back, she spoke to me like I should’ve known where she’d transferred me to. From the reviews here, I see that my experience is not an exception as it’s pretty consistent with others. Literally, do better! How many more negative reviews will it take?!

  The entire staff has a serious attitude problem
