I scheduled an appointment with a specific doctor, only to be assigned to another doctor without notice from the office. While the visit was ultimately positive, in trying to fill my contact prescription, it was denied due to an invalid axis number for the brand of contacts listed on the prescription. I called and left two voicemails to correct this issue and follow up on the contact trials I was provided. It has been almost two weeks without any response from the office.
