If I could give this place a zero I would. This is the worse experience ever. I would never come back to this location ever again. Terrible customer service and even worse communication not to mention their glasses selection is complete crap. After spending $700 on glasses and contacts I walked away nothing. I was told my glasses would be ready for pick up in a week and someone would be calling in a day or so to set me up for an hour contact training visit. Needless to say no one ever called and after 10 days passed I finally called only to be told they don’t know where my glasses are all they could tell me is they’re “delayed” and would have the manager call me the next day. Next day comes no call by mid afternoon so I once again had to call them! Now the manager states the lab “cancelled” my order due to an issue with the lens and I need to come back and pick new frames. So at what point were they going to call and give me any of this information?! How many weeks were gonna go by before they reached out? Oh and I still don’t have contacts! This place is full of crap and so are the staff. Save your time and go to the one by Bloomingdale’s this one should just be shut down

On holiday here from the UK and damaged my glasses. so I popped into LensCrafters (as they are the optician used by the friends I stay with) and they were wonderfully friendly, welcoming and, despite me not being an existing customer, and frankly not likely to be a future one either, they very quickly fixed the bridge pads for me and sent me on my way with smiles all round. Based on this visit I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
