I probably have bought at least 6 pairs of glasses at Lenscrafters. .And then another time I just bought my frame there due to my insurance being better at another shop. Well I showed up there today, and she immediately dismissed me when she found out I already had a quote from their other store at the other end of the mall - but I told her I just had a few questions and was thinking about placing my order here at this store. She said "if you have a quote from another store I should buy my glasses there" and I was abruptly dismissed. There were no other customers waiting for service. 3 were already being helped.
