No idea how this place has 4.8 stars. I had a HORRIBLE experience here, three times. First off-- the eye exam was rushed and the Dr was anything but friendly. I had to ask him to slow down several times. I paid an extra $40 for the 3D photo, just so the Dr could refer me to someone else for the prescription I need? Makes no sense.
Then they told me it could take up to 2 weeks to receive my glasses (other Lens Crafters in the past did them in shop). The lady specifically said "Do not call us until it's been 2 weeks, you will receive a text". Well.. I never got a text. So I called on the 15th day just to be told that the glasses had been SITTING THERE FOR 10 DAYS, and that a text went out (never received). Wouldn't you follow up with your clients if they didn't pick up with in like 3 days? Wouldn't you call them and make sure they got your text?
To top it off, the customer service was about as great as the DMV. The ladies were snobby and rude. The lady who helped me try on my glasses literally looked like she was smelling something rank. I asked her if she could adjust my glasses and she literally bent the arm (made no adjustment) and said "it'll stretch out". Whatever, lady.
0/10 recommend. Not impressed and extremely disappointed in my experience.

Ashley was my in-store assistant, and she did a phenomenal job of helping me find the frames I wanted, going over the pricing options available for me, and making sure I had all of the information and the best deal that was right for me. Without her invaluable assistance I may not have been able to find what I was looking for or navigate the different purchase options available. I was extremely grateful for her service and would love to recommend her as an excellent employee.
I ordered two pairs each with gorgeous frames and got a great price. I'm extremely happy with my experience. Thanks Ashley!

I had to post this again because I had posted it to the wrong LensCrafters store the first time. 3 weeks ago i was in this store and the woman who waited on me didn't have time for me and made that clear.
By the way I probably have bought at least 6 pairs of glasses at Lenscrafters. .And then another time I just bought my frame there due to my insurance being better at another shop.
Well I showed up there on 11/15/2025 and she immediately dismissed me when she found out I already had a quote from their other store at the other end of the mall - but I told her I just had a few questions and was thinking about placing my order here at this store.
She answered a couple of my questions quickly and then said "if you have a quote from another store you should buy the glasses there" and I was abruptly dismissed.
There were no other customers waiting for service. There were a few in the store already being helped.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
