She goes above and beyond for our elderly parents—handling medications, meals, cleaning, and laundry—and even picks up prescriptions and groceries when needed. Our mom (88) has short-term memory issues, and our dad (89) has trouble getting around, so having someone as reliable and compassionate as Aileth has been a huge relief. She treats them with kindness and dignity, and they feel safe and cared for. Honor has also been great with scheduling and communication, especially once we were matched with Aileth. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for dependable and thoughtful in-home care.

I needed help after mom came back from rehab and they were able to schedule me amazing Care Pros immediately. We now have Care Pros Jazmyn and Lenny with mom every weekday and they have been super awesome with mom and taking care of her specific needs. They also work with me to form a care team around mom, inform me of health status, and help me to get her to her Dr. appointments. They provide detailed daily email end of shift repots that keep me up to date on daily happenings. Home Instead has been very responsive to our changing care needs and communicates via text and web interface on any staffing changes.
