  Walked in for a drug screening required for a job around 12:30, worker came by 30 minutes later after watching me walk in and ignoring me to then tell me she wasn’t accepting walk-ins today. Could use a lesson in proper communication/social etiquette.

  Please be aware that if you book an appointment for a drug screening within the last hour of them being open, they won’t see you even with an appointment. My boyfriend took time out of his day job to get a drug screening for his 2nd job. He made an appointment for 2:50pm and when he got there and checked in they told him they wouldn’t do the test because they don’t do them during the last hour of operation. This is not indicated anywhere on their website and the website allowed him to book the appointment. The staff was very unhelpful and unsympathetic. Not the place to go. Completely unprofessional.

  I was just at the Kennett Square Lab Quest this morning having several tests done. The receptionist couldn’t have been nicer, then sent me over to another lovely woman who checked me in who was equally as nice, even more helpful! The x-ray young lady was a sweet heart and so accommodating! Then I had to go on to more ultrasound tests where it was another perfectly good experience, making sure I was comfortable. Besides everyone being nice and accommodating, the facility is clean with plenty of seating and they are on time! I highly recommend Question Diagnostics!

  0 Stars should be an option. Only come here if you want to have the laziest, slowest, most unfriendly people taking your samples.Can’t make an appointment for an employment drug screen, if you wait you’re just in there with 15 mad people WITH appointments. They barely can filter through the scheduled appointments let alone take the insisted walk in. Waited over for two weeks to be told my specimen vanished. How this place is allowed to stay open is beyond me.
