- KWKathy WalkerFeb 18, 20265.0My Dr referred me to Dr. Bergin for testing. I was apprehensive after I read his reviews. I was there today. I have no complaints. The receptionist and the young lady that took me back and the one that came in to talk to me before the doctor came in were all pleasant and professional. Dr. Bergin came in and he was friendly and explained everything and communicated with me. He was pleasant. Of course there was some discomfort but it certainly wasn’t terrible.
- CCC CFeb 12, 20261.0Couldn't even get an appointment made b/c they said they were booking into May and I couldn't wait that long... when asking the gal who answered the phone who else could they refer me to, the answer wasn't in not sure, or let me check into that for you, etc..it was "we won't refer you to anyone else b/c itc would be taking away from our business", lol.. i literally told her that you weren't getting my business anyway as there is more way I could wait until May..i was having elevated signs right now and was considering even going to the ER or a Dr in Pgh that could me me sooner. Not a care in the world. Basically just rushed me off the phone. I can see why they have a 3.3 rating and would not recommend them at all. Terrible phone side manner. 🫤👎🏼
- BMbreeanne mehalkoNov 26, 20252.0I just had the nerve conduction test for carpal tunnel today. The only positive about my experience was that I didn’t wait in the lobby for very long and that the procedure was under 30 minutes. Dr. Bergen came in talking 60 mph and I asked him to slow down several times to which he did not. The test is painful, and I was clearly distressed and crying. By the end of the test, he gave me the results in one sentence and immediately left the room. I couldn’t even imagine treating another human being like that let alone being a doctor and treating a patient like that. He rushed out of the room before I had a chance to ask any other questions and was on the next patient. If you want to be treated like an actual human being, steer clear of this place.
