  I had a contact lens exam in February 2026 with, Dr. Hasis. This was my first appointment under her care. While she was friendly and explained things clearly, I was concerned that the prescription in my left eye increased significantly from 0.50 to 1.25. I chose not to question it at the time. Unfortunately, the experience after the exam was extremely frustrating. The office did not have trial lenses in stock, so they were ordered. After three weeks without any communication, I called and was told only that the lenses had shipped, with no additional details. Weeks later, I visited the office in person and still received no clear information about their status. Another order had to be placed. In early March, I received a voicemail stating that the trial lenses had arrived. Since I was out of state, I called and asked for them to be mailed to me. When I returned home on March 8, I discovered that the package I received contained someone else’s lenses entirely—different name and prescription. I returned the incorrect package and finally picked up my correct trial lenses. As I had initially feared, the prescription for my left eye was incorrect. After wearing the lenses for a week, my vision in that eye remained blurry, and I had to go back to my old lenses. I attempted to contact the office multiple times but did not receive any return calls. When I finally spoke to someone, I was told that because more than 60 days had passed since my appointment, I would need to pay for another exam. Despite explaining the situation, I was told Dr. Hasis would call me, but I never received a follow-up. Additional calls and messages also went unanswered. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I received. The lack of communication, follow-up, and accuracy—especially when it comes to something as important as vision care—is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I do not feel confident trusting this location with my eye care needs moving forward.

  I love this LensCrafters ! The staff are all super sweet and helpful. Dr. Hasis was so lovely and explained so much about my exam. I just picked up my glasses today and I swear I can see so clearly ! I am super happy and will only come here from now on in!

  A great experience from start to finish. The eye exam was one of the best I’ve had, clearly explained by the doctor in every step. Purchased new frames and lenses and the sales associate was amazing! 🤩

  If you’re looking for amazing service across the board, pick this location! The staff both in the front and in Dr. Hudson’s office were incredibly efficient, kind, knowledgeable and helpful. The environment is warm and welcoming, and Dr. Hudson is the best eye doctor I’ve ever been to. Her patience, knowledge, and bedside manner are unmatched. So much so that I wait for my visits back to Philly after moving across the country to get my eye exams and glasses at this location!

  Scheduled an eye exam days ahead. Arrive to find out their electricity is out. Understandable when dealing with Peco but the issue is they didn’t communicate in advance. Came here on my work break for a specifically scheduled time. They asked if I was off for the day and could I come back. I will not ever come back. Guest services go a long way, lack of communication too.
