  Exceptional experience all around. Front desk check in was smooth, pleasant, and friendly. Staff in the office acknowledged me, even if they weren't dealing with me. PA - Ashlee Keating is knowledgeable, caring, and compassionate, even walking me out to the check out desk. Check out was just as smooth, and pleasant as check-in.

  The absolute worst experience I have had so far. Run don't walk. Don't go if you value your time or health. The office manager is a complete waste too. Horrible office .

  Dr. Frates is a great doctor, actually listened to me and prescribed a medication regimen that actually helps and changed my life. However, the actual office needs to get it together. No one ever answers the phones, getting an appointment or information is an actual nightmare. But I stay because I’m so grateful to Dr. Frates.

  If you can go somewhere else, go somewhere. You'll waist hours on hold to get an appointment, they'll show up an hour late to the appt and not mention it, and then generally treat you poorly. There will be no urgency regardless of whether you feel like you're dying or not nor will they offer any sympathy. In short, if you're insurance allows you to go somewhere else, do it. The PA is good, however.

  The doctors there are warm and caring and are genuinely excited about treating you. Office staff is generally helpful and will go the extra mile when they have what they need to go to bat for you. I would refer anyone to them.
