- RJRichard Jumbo6 days ago1.0Scheduled an eye exam days ahead. Arrive to find out their electricity is out. Understandable when dealing with Peco but the issue is they didn’t communicate in advance. Came here on my work break for a specifically scheduled time. They asked if I was off for the day and could I come back. I will not ever come back. Guest services go a long way, lack of communication too.

Trey kindly helped me, and Anthonio, the technician, quickly repaired them. Everyone was kind, patient, and professional. While I waited, other employees also checked in to make sure I was being helped, which I really appreciated. Great customer service. I’ll definitely return to this Jenkintown location when it’s time to purchase new glasses.
