  Choose your instructors well (i did not see other reviews until I had my bad experience) I have taken two classes at this location with different instructors. While one experience was amazing, today’s class was very disappointing. Even before the instructor said Hi and ask my name, she discouraged about my attendance in a 1.5-level class because I was fairly new to pilates. When I said, “Since I’m here, let me try this,” in a positive and open-minded way, the instructor stared at me without any response. If there was genuine concern about a pilates beginner attending a 1.5-level class, I would have expected some form of accommodation—such as brief guidance, modified movements, or additional attention. Nope. None of that was provided. In fact, the instructor did not engage with me at all, nor did she offer any feedback or closing remarks at the end of class. No goodbyes to me as well while she lovely said “see you next week” to others. This was particularly frustrating because the class itself was not excessively challenging for me compared to other students who were considered “1.5-ready.” I came in with a positive attitude and willingness to learn, but left feeling discouraged. I expected this studio’s classes to be welcoming and supportive. Unfortunately, this experience showed that the environment can vary significantly depending on the instructor. I really hope my experience improves going forward.

  My favorite type of workout at a clean studio with amazing professional staff. Highly recommended!
