  I always have a good experience at Quest and this visit was no different. I got there earlier than my scheduled appointment and was taken back earlier. My phlebotomist, was very professional and friendly and being a very hard stick, she got me on the first try! She allowed me to wait in the waiting room until my ride arrived and that is when I also witnessed her and another phlebotomist, the only two working there, get bombarded by walk-ins coming in and them explaining they are understaffed and not accepting walk-ins at that time. They both handled themselves with such professionalism in light of some not so happy people...they need to be commended.

  My visit was very easy. Technician was extremely professional and qualified. Wait time for scheduled appointment as minimal. parking availability and access was great.

  I was unavoidably late for my appointment yesterday at 1010a at the 8943 State Route 30, North Huntingdon office, but the technician came out from the back and was very kind and friendly, taking me right in for the routine physical bloodwork prescribed by my PCP. Super efficient, she handled the log-in paperwork quickly while sharing friendly conversation, reassuring me that there was no problem with the late show up. I have had countless blood samples taken over the years by a whole range of blood techs from outstanding to pretty rough and inexperienced, but this young gal was one of, if not THE best needle handler I've had the pleasure to interact with. Painless jab and expert moves with the sample vials. So impressive! I'm terrible with names, or I would have spotlighted her in this rave review! Quest has always been very impressive, and it's because of stellar pros like her that make it a very nice, convenient experience to be a client there.

  Technicians are very skilled and professional. I have never had one that had difficulty drawing blood.
