  Needed service while out of town. I saw there was a Miracle Ear close by. They were so warm and helpful. They knew just what the problem was. I was in and out in a matter of minutes. Very nice and friendly office. Thank you.

  My brother is severely hearing impaired. An audiologist said hearing aids won't help only implant. First he's 3 hours away and second makes a lot more money doing surgery than with hearing aids. My brother went to the Indiana branch and met Micalia. She's a priceless gem. She listened to this and said that my brother still should take the test and see if her hearings aids will help. I had to scream to be heard by my brother and he was nasty and frustrated. His hearing of course had gotten worse but when she placed a pair on him, he immediately spoke normally and not shouting. Micalia felt full ear molds were the best. It's now been two weeks since hearing aids and one week with proper ear molds. He has reverted back to the sweet, pleasant brother know. Last night, at 10pm, he started screaming. I ran to his bedroom. He had the biggest smile and told me that for the first time in years, he was actually hearing "night bugs" and crickets. He said they were loud too! He was like a kid. He was shocked at how well he actually could hear. The ear molds are so comfortable, and the aids so light in weight that he even forgot he left them in! I'm thrilled for him. For me, I'm also thrilled because we just purchased a home and I was looking for big distance between homes because our "normal" conversation was yelling at each other for him just to hear me. I didn't want to disturb new neighbors nor have them think we are always fighting. I was exhausted and extremely frustrated too. Micalia saw the difference in how he carried himself with/without the aids. She heard his volume drop and he was friendlier. Micalia was fantastic in dealing with my brother unable to hear, and all the ways he described how he was hearing. It was the most pleasant and professional interaction I've witnessed involving my brother. He still comes in for fine tuning and sharing his experiences in hearing things he never knew he could hear again. Now, I have to learn to speak softly, quietly and not so sharply. It's something I look forward to as being close to my brother and being his "translator" and companion for years, I finally can see him independent and free and I no longer get agitated and hoarse trying to talk with him.   Receptionist was very friendly, the place is very cleanly. I was treated with upmost respect and curiosity. I recommend this company to others with hearing issues.

  Robert and Liz are very accomodating and pleasant to be around. My husband's needs are always taken care of in a timely manner.
