Very dehumanized and partially unorganized. The potential for this company to be a great one is there. But big changes need to be made in the earlier stages of the obtaining the parts process.

- LLLadyOct 22, 20251.0Trying to order a wheelchair, bathchair and ramp for my disabled son has been an absolute nightmare. The customer service they "give" is horrendous. Chrissy called after I guess having a bad day, she argued with me that the chair their coordinator picked out my for my disabled son to use couldn't be paired with the joystick and propelled wheels their coordinator also picked out and ordered... Telling me I need to accept delivery for a chair my disabled child cannot use because that's what they ordered. Very rude and condescending. I hope our call was recorded. Haven't heard any word about the bath chair I tried to order for him or the ramp. This place can absolutely find better employees to help their customers. Kindness is not difficult. I really hope they figure it out rather than trying to steal a disabled child's equipment.
