- GWGelehrte WdanisDec 1, 20255.0We love Giant Pharmacy and everyone who works there, and I'm a grumpy old lady who's hard to please! We've been using them since 2016, and they've never made a mistake on any of my family's prescriptions, including my mother's many medications. They've cheerfully and professionally helped with many problems with insurance, doctors, and other issues such as scheduling refills and transferring prescriptions back and forth to my daughter's college. I'm surprised at any bad reviews (mostly regarding phone service) since we've never had a problem. I give them so much credit since they've taken on so many new customers as a result of several nearby pharmacy closures. Hang in there guys, we appreciate you!

Despite the convenience of the location, we waited 50 minutes in store to be told they don’t have it in stock and were calling other Giant pharmacies. Something that should’ve been known and told to me when we arrived. Just 100% unacceptable. Love this Giant as a grocery store, but will never use the pharmacy again. Update, went to CVS on hockersville, night and day experience for customer service, very accommodating and clear on what they were doing from the start.

The kid behind the counter had the personality of mud, so to avoid that I tried using the giant pharmacy app which is complete garbage. I am trying to get ahold of someone to find out about my prescription and no one can be arsed to answer the phone so it hangs up. I will be finding a new pharmacy
