  GNC's website states open until 9pm. I pull up at 8 pm, and the door is being locked. Does that mean you have to call in advance to check store hours now? It is very disappointing when you make a special trip to the opposite side of town for nothing.😕

  Exceptionally poor customer service. Sent girlfriend to do an exchange of an unopened GNC brand product for a more expensive GNC brand product. We lost the receipt, yet despite the clerk being able to look up the receipt via my GNC card, despite the purchase being made only two weeks ago (at that very store) and despite that she was going to pay for the difference in cash, the clerk refused to do an exchange. This is in complete violation of their own exchange policy, which states: "Exchanges will be offered on GNC brand products within 30 days from the purchase date with or without a sales receipt. The exchanged product is to be the same retail price as that of the returned product. If the exchanged item is a higher price than the returned item, the customer will then be required to pay the balance due."

  The employee didn’t speak when I entered and didn’t ask if you need help until I had walked the whole store, meanwhile I was the only person in there. What has happened to good customer service? So I left without what I needed because why spend my money with that type of service?
